- From Duong Dong town centre: This is the most popular route chosen by tourists. Head east along DT 45 to DT937 (Nguyen Trung Truc Street), then turn left at the Suoi Cai – Ganh Dau intersection. Rach Vem Beach is at the end of the road.
- From Vinpearl Phu Quoc: Travel south, opposite Duong Dong town, until you reach Cua Can Bridge. Turn left, then left again to arrive at Rach Vem Fishing Village.
- From Thanh Thoi Ferry Terminal: If arriving by speedboat at Thanh Thoi Ferry Terminal, take the Duong Dong – Bai Thom road and go straight at the Suoi Cai – Ganh Dau intersection to reach Rach Vem.
